Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 June 2026. This policy is provided in good faith and will be reviewed by a licensed attorney before broad public launch.
1. What we store
We do not store your notes. Your voice and text input is transcribed and sorted, then discarded — we keep neither the raw transcript nor the output we generate (the contact, post, task, or summary). To improve SkillFrog we keep only anonymous, non-identifying counts — for example, how many notes were sorted into each category — never the content itself.
We never use customer content to train AI models. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may also be used to improve SkillFrog.
2. What we collect
- Anonymized events: note category, counts, ratings (always).
- Your notes and their output: not stored. We keep neither the transcript nor the generated contact, post, or task.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we do not see your card details.
- Basic technical data (e.g. IP for rate-limiting), not used to profile you.
3. Sub-processors
We share data as needed with: Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing of your input), Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payments), and Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data under their own terms.
4. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR in the EU/UK or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to processing. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, use our contact form.
5. Data retention
Anonymized analytics are kept to improve the product. Opt-in stored inputs are kept until you request deletion. Stripe retains payment records as required by law.
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
7. Children
SkillFrog is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU).
