Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 June 2026. These terms are provided in good faith and will be reviewed by a licensed attorney before broad public launch.
1. Who we are
SkillFrog ("SkillFrog", "we", "us") is a product of Witt Collective LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. To get in touch, use our contact form.
2. The service
SkillFrog turns your voice and text notes into ready-to-use output — a contact for your CRM, a follow-up message, a social post, or a task — using third-party AI providers to transcribe and sort them. Access is provided through prepaid credits.
3. Independent service
SkillFrog is an independent tool operated by Witt Collective LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the third-party AI providers we use to power transcription and sorting.
4. Ownership & license
- You own the content you upload. Your voice notes and transcripts remain yours.
- You own the output you generate. SkillFrog claims no ownership of the output you generate (contacts, posts, notes, tasks).
- You grant SkillFrog a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service (transcribe, analyze, and sort your note). This license ends as soon as processing is complete — we do not retain your note or its output.
5. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and process any content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or protected information unless you are authorized to do so. You represent that your input does not infringe others' rights.
6. Storage & model training
By default, we do not use customer content to train AI models. We do not store your notes or the output we generate from them — both the transcript and the generated result are discarded once processing is complete. We keep only anonymous usage counts. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use SkillFrog to generate unlawful content, to violate the usage policies of Anthropic or OpenAI, to infringe intellectual property, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
8. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. Output may be incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any generated output before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Credits and refunds
Credits are prepaid, one credit per sorted note, and do not expire. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once used. For refund requests, use our contact form.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
