Terms of Service

1. Who we are

2. The service
SkillFrog turns text and voice input into Claude Skill files using third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI). You may use the service with your own API key or with prepaid credits.
3. Not affiliated with Anthropic
SkillFrog is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC or OpenAI. "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. We reference it only to describe compatibility.
4. Ownership & license
- You own the content you upload. Your voice notes, transcripts, and answers remain yours.
- You own the skills you generate. SkillFrog claims no ownership of your generated Claude Skills.
- You grant SkillFrog a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service (transcribe, analyze, and generate your skill). This license ends when processing is complete, except for content you opt to store.
5. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to upload and process any content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or protected information unless you are authorized to do so. You represent that your input does not infringe others' rights.
6. Storage & model training
By default, we do not use customer content to train AI models. To improve SkillFrog, we save your generated skill and your answers by default; you can opt out before generating. We do not store your raw transcript. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use SkillFrog to generate unlawful content, to violate the usage policies of Anthropic or OpenAI, to infringe intellectual property, or to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
8. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use. Output may be incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any generated skill before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Credits and refunds
Credits are prepaid, one credit per generated skill, and do not expire. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once used. Refund requests: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend access for violations. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
